I have contacted this company over 4 times in regards to an order that was not satisfactory and still have not received a response.
My wife and I are very pleased with our ornament and will definitely tell our friends about it!
This order had wrong name and date on it. Cannot get a reply as to how to return it. Will never order from this place again.

What a great memory to have for the rest of our lives. So simple and beautiful. It comes with the ribbon to tie it onto the ornament after the fact so make sure you have someone with nimble hands to make that tiny knot :)
Make sure to screenshot your preview item as I had the incorrect ornament sent to me. And after 4 attempts through there online system and 7 email attempts did someone from the company reach out letting me know that would replace the ornament. The quality of the ornament is very nice, however I am doubtful I will use this company in the future.
The date was incorrect. I loved the ornament’s but unfortunately the date is wrong. I tried reaching out via email multiple (8) times and no one has answered any of my emails. I paid $35 and totally disappointed right now.

Loved this ornament! Beautiful, personalized, and delivered timely
I sent to emails following my order. First didn’t see a place to send a message to the recipient so I email you so they would no who it was from. On of them already received the ornament and liked but had no idea who it was from. I also emailed when I saw the confirmation it looked like a name was not spelled correctly, not sure if spell check changed it or what. I emailed to let you know and never heard anything, so I am not sure if it went out misspelled or not. The other recipient has not received theirs yet.
I am disappointed in the customer service even know the ornament was liked.
